We start with a blank canvas, co-create with the client, and build something that directly supports their strategic goals.

These solutions are ideal when a client says, “We’ve never done this before,” or “We need something different.” Use our “Problems We Solve For” section in the catalogue to guide the conversation because it’s designed to surface needs that don’t align with our normal solution categories but still demand a learning or engagement outcome.

  • They’re backed by our proven design methodology and cross-functional expertise. We’ve delivered From Scratch solutions for clients across industries, from technical training for customer service agents to AI onboarding journeys. These projects are often where we demonstrate the full power of our co-creation model and innovation mindset.
  • We follow a discovery-led process. Pricing typically includes discovery and co-creation, design (especially if adapting for scale or virtual delivery), facilitator prep, and delivery. We’re transparent about what’s included and what’s not. Use the indicative pricing models and case-based examples in the catalogue to guide early conversations or give us a call!
  • We apply the same rigour as with our core solutions. Our impact model spans experience, learning, application, and results. For From Scratch projects, we co-define success measures with the client during discovery.
