Solution description
This solution can be packaged in different ways, depending on the organization and need. For example, we can develop an academy approach/extended development program with individual learning modules and activities and challenges along the way.
Including:
Face to face workshops on topics.
A series of activities designed for participants to complete across the program.
A supporting guide for Managers of participants for each part of the module, describing intended outcomes and what they need to do to support.
Joint Coaching Sessions for each part of the program - supported with the session’s purpose, content and flow.
Development assignments to enable the participant to demonstrate their competence and confidence.
Support for Managers to track progress - ‘Great’ Criteria. This outlines behaviors to look for to indicate progress and positive change, and how to know when they are ready for sign off.
