Approach

We crafted Our AP Way, a visually compelling transformation story, delivered via immersive half-day workshops for all employees and leaders (in-person or virtual).

800 frontline leaders were trained as in-house facilitators, supported by a 360° digital learning module and communications toolkit to sustain momentum and scale.
